It takes the place of the Mach 1 in the Mustang lineup, and while it’s a more performance-oriented option, it also offers comfort thanks to MagnaRide dampers, which help to smooth out rough roads and other obstacles. However, indulging in such enjoyment comes at a literal cost, with a starting price of 224,297 AED.

While Ford has yet to disclose pricing and performance specifications, the GT4 is engineered for competition in the SRO GT4 category. The vehicle’s bodywork incorporates a distinctive aero kit that complies with class regulations, including a front splitter with canards, a ventilated hood, and a sizable rear wing. As a notable upgrade from the exclusively track-oriented Dark Horse S and Dark Horse R, the GT4 is positioned just below the GT3.

Ford has not released official figures yet, but given that GT3 class race cars typically produce around 500 horsepower, that’s a reasonable estimate.

For 2024, Ford Performance has partnered with Multimatic Motorsports to compete with the Mustang GT3 in the IMSA GTD Pro class, which includes the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. Meanwhile, Proton Competition will prepare two cars for the 2024 World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Mustang Mach-E

Which 2024 Ford Mustang should you get?
  • Specs: 266 Horsepower / 428 Pound-Feet
  • Price: AED 165,150

The Mach-E is enjoying sales success. While it’s not a traditional Mustang as we’ve known over the decades, it delivers thrilling performance with a touch of practicality at a reasonable price point in the performance EV segment. It proudly carries the Mustang emblem, so it qualifies. We are anticipating 2024 details; we will update this list when 2024 data becomes available. For now, here’s how the Mach-E performs in 2023.

In its base Select configuration, the crossover EV combines a 70-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack with either a single-motor rear-drive layout or an optional dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. It starts at 266 hp with rear-wheel drive, and that’s how you’ll achieve the EPA-estimated range of 247 kilometers on a single charge. Opting for the dual-motor powertrain reduces the range to 226 kilometers. Prices have dropped on several Mach-E trims, so the current model’s AED 169,197 base price is actually a few thousand dirhams less than last year.
